Thank you so much for purchasing one of our items. If you require support for one of our items then please submit a ticket, we'll get back to you within 24-72 hours Sunday to Thursday. Support covers theme installation, setup and bug fixes. Please note that we do not provide support for customization or third party plugins as explained in the full support policy.


How to submit a support ticket

Please make sure to do following steps to help find the solution for the problem more quickly.

  1. Please make sure you are using the latest version of our items.
  2. Check the support articles & documentation for related problems.
  3. Disable all the 3rd party plugins and see if that solves the problem.
  4. If the problem still persist, feel free to submit a support ticket and include the the URL of the page where the problem is encountering.
  5. Post as much info as you can on your requests: LINKS and SCREENSHOTS are always welcome! If you don't provide any, and I might need them, so if you're in a different timezone than me, you're just losing your time.
